1. Zero Server-Side Financial Compute
true1099.com is architected as a 100% static application hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you adjust salary sliders, health insurance stipends, 401(k) matches, PTO days, or business expense numbers, the mathematical binary search reverse solver runs entirely inside your device's browser using Web Workers and local JavaScript execution.
No salary inputs, tax parameters, or financial values are ever transmitted, logged, tracked, or stored on our servers or in any external database.
2. Edge Network & Infrastructure Telemetry (Cloudflare)
Our website utilizes the Cloudflare global Anycast edge network for high-speed delivery, SSL/TLS encryption, and cybersecurity defense. Like virtually all web hosts, Cloudflare edge servers automatically process basic network request metadata (such as IP addresses, browser user-agent headers, and request timestamps) to block malicious bots, prevent Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, and route traffic to the nearest edge location.
This technical data is processed strictly under legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR) for network security and site reliability, and is never linked to your calculator scenarios.

To maintain free, un-gated access to our tax equalization models, we partner with third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense.
