IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS) OR THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Severability
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and applicable federal principles, without regard to conflict of law rules.
